Bill Dhalle
of Troy NY
Bil
has been a graphic artist professionally for seven years. Bill’s
design work encompasses not only web and print design, but video
and television as well. As a full-time freelancer, he owns and operates
Sublevel
3 Design Works providing graphic/web design services
to the Tech Valley region. Bill is also an experienced Macintosh
consultant and support technician and is a member of the Apple
Consultants Network. He is recognized by Apple Computer as an
Apple Product Professional. He is also the Graphic Artists Guild
Albany Chapter Webmaster, and it was his submission to the website
redesign team that was chosen to grace the new Albany chapter website.
Prior
to going freelance full-time, he worked for Sundazed Music, in Coxsackie.
While employed as a graphic and web designer there, he designed
CD and LP packages, posters and promotional material. He also designed
company’s website and on-line store, which was featured by
American Express in a nationally broadcast television commercial
in 2001. Prior to that, Bill was employed at WTEN-TV/ABC-10 as a
broadcast design artist, and with Conrail as a train dispatcher.
His
other artistic pursuits include photography and digital video. He
is an avid scale model builder and collector, with military aircraft
and science fiction subjects being his specialty. He has won numerous
awards for his model building, including First Place awards at the
2000 Chiller Theater Model and Toy Expo, and the 2001 IPMS Syrcon
Regional Competition.
