Membership
The Membership Coordinator maintains the database, coordinates recruitment and retention efforts of Chapter membership committee, and is the Chapter liaison to the national membership committee.

Hotline Administrator
The Hotline administrator responds to calls via the Hotline and reports to the board on Hotline activity. For more information on the Hotline, click here.

Grievance
The Grievance committee reviews grievances and advises members on possible solutions. For more information on grievance procedures, click here.

Public Relations
The PR committee promotes and publicizes Guild activities, events, and accomplishments through the media. The PR committee writes and distributes press releases, working closely with the Chapter board, newsletter team, and web team.

Newsletter
Under the direction of the Managing Editor, who works closely with the President, the newsletter team includes a Designer, Assistant Editor, and Fulfillment Coordinator. The Managing Editor creates the calendar for the year and works with the Chapter board and other writers to ensure timely, accurate, and appropriate content.

Web Team
The web team consists of the Webmaster, the Designer, and the Administrator. The Webmaster is a member of the Chapter board and ensures that the web site conforms to the needs of the Chapter. The web designer and web administrator design the site and keep all data on the site current.
